How to Cancel Your Subscription
If you need to cancel your Evalubox subscription, follow these steps to ensure a smooth process. Please note that cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you may be eligible for a full refund if you cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription.
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
Log In: Sign in to your Evalubox account.
Navigate to Account Settings:
Go to Settings > Billing.
Access Subscription Details:
Find the Subscription Status section where your current plan is listed.
Select Cancel Subscription:
Click on Cancel Subscription. You will be prompted to confirm your decision.
Confirm Cancellation:
- Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize your cancellation. If you choose to cancel, your subscription will not renew after the current billing period.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within the first 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund. Outside of this period, no refunds will be provided for the remaining billing cycle.
- Access to Account: Even after cancellation, you will retain access to your Evalubox account and any free tools. You will lose access to premium features at the end of the billing cycle.
- Reactivating Your Subscription: If you decide to return, you can reactivate your subscription by choosing a plan and subscribing again through the platform. Your data and settings will be retained for easy reactivation.
Additional Information
- Paused Subscriptions: If you prefer not to cancel but need a break, you can choose to pause your subscription instead. Pausing allows you to stop payments temporarily while retaining access to your account and data.
- Feedback: We value your feedback. During the cancellation process, you may be prompted to provide reasons for your cancellation. This helps us improve our services.
