Q: What are your payment options?
We offer several flexible payment options, including per-use credits, monthly subscriptions, and discounted annual plans. Credits can be used for individual forms or language samples, while subscriptions offer unlimited access to all tools. Payments can be made online via credit card, and we also accept Purchase Orders for school districts. Contact us for more details.
Q: How do credits work?
Credits are used on a per-client basis. One credit allows you to send Parent/Teacher/Health forms for a single client or perform a language sample analysis. Credits are flexible and can be used for various tools. Track your available credits in the dashboard. Credits are non-refundable.
Q: Do you have a free trial?
While we don’t offer a traditional free trial, we provide new users with one free credit to test any tool. We also offer a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up.
Q: Can I switch billing frequency?
Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. This can be done directly from your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Q: Can I pause my account?
Yes, SLPs can pause their subscription when they’re not actively using Evalubox. During this time, you’ll still have access to your stored data but will be unable to create new forms or evaluations. Simply un-pause your account when you’re ready to resume.
Q: What if I don’t have any evaluations right now?
You can still make use of Evalubox to organize upcoming evaluations, send forms, or analyze language samples. We also offer CEU courses so you can continue learning while you prepare for future evaluations.
Q: Can my employer pay for my subscription?
Yes, we offer a Team Membership that allows organizations to pay for your access. We can set up a Team of one if your employer wants to manage the billing.
Q: What’s the difference between SLP Pro and Team Membership?
SLP Pro is for individual professionals, offering unlimited access to Evalubox tools. Team Membership provides additional management features, allowing organizations to assign and track evaluations across a team of SLPs. Payment for Team Membership is typically handled by the employer.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of signing up. After that, you can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the remainder of the subscription period.
