How to Use Credits in the Pay-As-You-Go Plan

When you’re on the Pay-As-You-Go plan, Evalubox uses a simple credit system to help you access premium features like client forms and language samples. Here's how it works:

Using Credits for Forms and Language Samples

  • Client Forms: Whenever you create a new client form, it will count as one credit. This applies whether you're sending forms to parents, teachers, or health professionals. You can send multiple forms for a single client under this credit.
  • Language Samples: When you create a new language sample for a client, it will also count as one credit. You can gather at least two language samples (e.g., a tell and retell) per client, all within the scope of that credit.

Each time you use a premium feature like these, we’ll deduct the appropriate credits from your available balance.

Managing Your Credits

You can always view your credit balance by navigating to:

  • Top navigation header -> Credit Balance (You will see unlimited if on a subscription plan)
  • Top navigation dropdown -> top right of screen with your initials -> Credit Balance
  • Account Settings > Billing > Credits

The page will show:

  • Balance: How many credits you currently have available.
  • Used: How many credits you’ve already used.
  • Purchased: The total number of credits you’ve bought.

Example:

Credits
Balance: 32
Used: 9
Purchased: 41

What Happens When You Run Out of Credits?

When your credits reach zero, you will be prompted to either:

  • Purchase more credits to continue using premium features, or
  • Subscribe to a plan like SLP Pro for unlimited access to forms, language samples, and other tools.

Viewing and Purchasing Credits

To purchase additional credits:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Billing > Purchase Credit.
  2. Choose how many credits you’d like to purchase.
  3. Complete the transaction, and your credits will be added to your balance.

You’ll always have access to free tools in Evalubox, even without credits, but premium products require an available credit balance.

This flexible system ensures that you only pay for what you use, making it easy to manage your workload and budget.
