How to Upgrade, Downgrade, or Change Plans
Managing your Evalubox subscription is easy and flexible. Whether you need to upgrade, downgrade, or change your plan, you can do so within the platform. Here’s a guide on how to handle these changes:
Upgrading Your Plan
- Log In: Sign in to your Evalubox account.
- Navigate to Account Settings: Go to Settings > Billing.
- Select Upgrade: Choose the plan you wish to upgrade to. If you're on the Pay-As-You-Go plan and want to move to SLP Pro, for example, select the SLP Pro option.
- Confirm the Upgrade: Follow the prompts to confirm your choice. The new plan will be applied immediately, and any difference in cost will be prorated for your next billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Log In: Sign in to your Evalubox account.
- Navigate to Account Settings: Go to Settings > Billing.
- Select Downgrade: Choose the plan you wish to downgrade to. For instance, if you're moving from SLP Pro to Pay-As-You-Go, select the Pay-As-You-Go option.
- Confirm the Downgrade: Follow the instructions to confirm your downgrade. The new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle or immediately, depending on your selection.
Changing Billing Frequency
You can switch between monthly and annual billing options at any time. To change your billing frequency:
- Log In: Sign in to your Evalubox account.
- Navigate to Account Settings: Go to Settings > Billing.
- Select Billing Frequency: Choose your preferred billing frequency (monthly or annually).
- Confirm the Change: Your new billing frequency will take effect from the next billing cycle, and any difference in charges will be adjusted accordingly.
Managing Your Subscription
- SLP Pro Membership: You can only manage the SLP Pro plan through the subscription interface. Changes to this plan, including upgrading or downgrading, will apply immediately, and any cost differences will be prorated.
- Pay-As-You-Go: This plan does not require a subscription and is managed on a pay-per-use basis.
- Team Plans: For team or enterprise plans, changes are handled through our sales team. Contact us for adjustments or to get a quote.
Additional Features
- Pause or Cancel Subscription: You can pause or cancel your subscription from the self-serve portal. If you need to pause, select the duration (indefinitely or for a set period). Cancelled subscriptions can be reactivated if needed.
- View Subscription Status: Check the status of your subscription (active, in trial, non-renewing) from your account dashboard.
