How to Reactivate Your Subscription
Reactivating your subscription is simple and allows you to regain access to all your Evalubox features and tools. Follow these steps to reactivate your subscription:
Steps to Reactivate Your Subscription
Log In: Sign in to your Evalubox account.
Navigate to Account Settings:
Go to Settings > Billing.
Access Subscription Status:
Find the Subscription Status section where you’ll see the option to reactivate if your subscription is currently inactive or canceled.
Select Reactivate Subscription:
Click on Reactivate Subscription. You may be prompted to confirm your decision.
Choose Your Plan:
Select the plan that suits your needs: Pay As You Go, SLP Pro, or Team plan. If you previously had a subscription, you might have the option to return to the same plan.
Confirm and Payment:
Confirm your selection and enter payment details if required. Depending on the plan, you may need to enter payment information for the next billing cycle.
Receive Confirmation:
- After completing the reactivation process, you will receive a confirmation email, and your subscription will be reactivated immediately or at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

- Data Retention: Your data and settings are typically retained even if your subscription is paused or canceled. When you reactivate, you will regain full access to all previously available features and tools.
