User Settings Guide for Evalubox

Accessing Settings
You can access the Settings from two locations:
- Navbar Menu: Click on User Settings.
- Navbar Menu: Click on Account Settings.
Profile
Profile Overview
In the Profile section, you can update your credentials, discipline, and work setting. These details are utilized in the forms you share with others and reports you generate.
Credentials
- Edit Credentials: Update your name, credential, and discipline.
Discipline
- Edit Discipline: Specify and update your discipline which will appear in forms and reports.
Work Setting
- Select Work Setting: Choose your work environment from the following options:
- School
- Private Practice - Clinic
- Other
- Accessibility: This setting is accessible to all users.
Account
Account Overview
Update your account settings, including your organization name.
Organization Name
- Edit Organization Name: This is the name that will be displayed on your profile and in emails.
- Note: Billing details are only accessible to account admins.
Preferences
Preferences Overview
Control the display settings of the app by turning items on or off.
Evaluations
- Form Default View: Choose between viewing form questions one at a time or all questions at once.
- Accessibility: This setting is accessible to all users.
Billing
Subscription Details
- Plan Name: View your current subscription plan.
- Plan Status: Check the status of your subscription.
- Usage: Track the usage of evaluations, templates, forms, and language sampling.
Credits
- Purchase Credits: Buy more credits as needed.
- Balance: Check your current credit balance.
- Usage: View the number of credits used.
- Purchase History: Track the number of credits purchased.
- Note: Only account admins can access billing details.
Teams
Teams Overview
Manage your team settings by inviting new members and tracking progress.
Invite User
- Invite Team Members: Only accessible in team accounts.
- Note: This option is only accessible to account admins.
