How to Invite Team Members on Evalubox

Step-by-Step Instructions


Step 1: Access Team Settings

  1. Login to Evalubox: Start by logging into your Evalubox account.
  2. Navigate to Team Settings:


Step 2: Invite New Team Members

  1. Invite User:
    • In the Team section, click on the Invite User button.


Step 3: Complete the Invite User Form

  1. Fill out the form with the following details:
    • Full Name: Enter the first and last name of the new team member.
    • Email: Enter the email address of the new team member.
    • Credentials: Enter the credentials of the new team member (e.g., M.S.).
    • Discipline: Enter the discipline of the new team member (e.g., CCC-SLP).
    • Work Setting: Select the appropriate work setting:
      • School
      • Private Practice - Clinic
      • Other
    • User Role: Choose the role for the new team member:
      • Admin
      • User
  2. Submit the Invitation:
    • Click on the Invite User button to send the invitation. (Email will be sent to use to set up account)

Step 4: Invitation Email

  1. Invitation Email:
    • The new team member will receive an email with the following details:
      • Subject<Admin's name> has invited you to work together on Evalubox
      • Body:
Hi [Name],

You've been invited by [Admin's Name] to join Evalubox.

Use your email to login: [Email Address]
Temporary password: [Temporary Password]

Go to Evalubox [Button to go app.evalubox.com to login]
(You'll be prompted to change your password on your first login.)

With Evalubox, you can:

    • The new user will be prompted to change their password upon their first login.
